Error activating a UCMA 4.0 trusted application

We have a server running Windows Server 2012 with UCMA 4.0 SDK installed. The server is a member of a domain.

We get an error while trying to install the Central Management store replication service with the command:

Bootstrapper.exe /BootstrapLocalMgmt /MinCache

The error is coming from OcsCore.msi:

MSI (s) (8C:A8) [12:53:06:786]: PROPERTY CHANGE: Adding PackagecodeChanging property. Its value is '1'.
Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.

I get the Core Components are already installed by the UCMA SDK, but why is it that the Bootstrapper is unable to skip this step and continue with the replication service installation?

How can we enable the store replication service otherwise?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Rudy
