UCMA to user is slow . Delay of 1 second after BeginSendInstantMessage in SFB

Hi,

My UCMA application receives input from SFB (Skype for business). The message reaches to UCMA with 200 milliseconds from user, however, after BeginSendInstantMessage is called from UCMA to send reply back to user, it takes more than 1 second. Please advise how to reduce this time.
