UCMA 5 , possible to capture microphone / headset for audio call ?

Hi MS, I saw older posts ( 2011 ) from Michael Greenlee, basically saying that while UCMA 5 can initiate and manage calls, once a call is established ( between 2 skyp4b ) users , the actual microphone / speakers at a desktop/PC client are not available.

i.e., the quickstart UCMA 5 stample for basic call handling, sets up a call, then disconnects/shuts down.  There are no UCMA 5 samples that allow 2 skype4B users ( as humans, not bots/IVR/foo.wma files ) to actually make a skype call ( where user1 can speak and listen to user2 and vice/versa ) .

Does UMCA 5 include the capture of microphone / speakers ? or is that exclusive to the Lync Client SDK .
