UC device(polycom or hp) is configured BTOE with Lync 2013 client on desktop.
Agents use this configuration.
We have a CC solution which works in this flow:
The caller calls a CC queue(a trusted application endpoint) and back2back to a conference.
The system applies some logic to send the call to an agent
The conference dials out to another trusted application endpoint
The endpoint back2back the call to the agent
the agent uses the phone(polycom or hp) to answer call
the call is connected
But there is an error on Lync 2013 client: "Call was not completed or end"
We have tried a few thing but cannot get rid of this message.
Is there anyone who comes cross the same issue and has a solution for it?
