UCMA 5.0 error

Hi ,

when trying to creating a Application end point in UCMA getting error.

An exception of type 'Microsoft.Rtc.Signaling.TlsFailureException' occurred in Microsoft.Rtc.Collaboration.dll but was not handled in user code
Additional information: Unknown error (0x80131500).

All the fdqn and certificates of Lync server are mapped correctly, than also it is throwing error.

But the same is working with User end point .
