Question about Stand alone IVR with UCMA 5 and Dev platform

My applications are only voice, no presence nor IM.  External callers for self service (did you get my check, send my check, do I have insurance coverage) applications.

I have worked on a variety of IVR system for over twenty years and want to migrate some to UCMA. I have been through the documentation I can find, so some of this can be answered by just sending correct links, I don't mind that at all, or better yet just answer and or give warnings about trying things at random.

1. Does the IVR app reside on a Skype for Business server (Front End or Mediation) or a stand alone 2012 server?

2. Do I need the SFB server license to deploy a production server? What if they already have the license? Who do I really address this question to?

3. On a stand alone server, it appears only hair pin\tromboned calls are supported, is this correct?

4. Is Windows 10 supported, everything I find says Windows 7 for Dev or should I do my Dev work on a 2012 server?

5. Have you really deployed a production SFB IVR?

6. Most of my customers are under 48 ports for IVR so I am thinking single server should work, is this reasonable?
