Hi,
I have a problem at one specific customer (the service is installed elsewhere with no problem). The issue is in UCMA VXML Browser, all sound (.wav and .wma) files is generating cache files each time the IVR is prompting a file. This means that I'm generating at several GB a day in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ folder. It creates a new random generated file name.
However at working sites it will only generate the correct file name in the temp files directory.
The .vxml file is simple no <submits>, just prompts and menus.
I have tried to modify the IIS settings (this is where Im hosting the vxml files.) to not create cache files, by changing the output caching for wav och wma files. But no result.
I have ran out of ideas, what the can be the issue...
Cheers!
Andreas
