Microsoft Speech SDK 11 Licence

Good day!

I try to make simple recognition program use Microsoft Speech SDK. But i dont know whats about licence: can my company sold recognition program ,wich use Microsoft Speech SDK? 

I found licence here, but as i understand- i can not sold any program wich use Microsoft Speech SDK.. Am i right?
