Hi Dev!! We developed an application using UCMA 3.0 for Lync Server 2010 that will allow none Windows platforms to send Instant Messages (IM) to Communicator 2007 client. This have been working ok for more than a year, now we would like to upgrade the client to Lync 2013 and seems when we send a single IM the client responde OK (Normal behavior is seen, user receive toast balloom, if user click it IM is displayed). Now if we sent multiples IM to single users it it seem to receive them you can hear the beeb and a single toast balloom but after the last beeb the toast balloom is gone and there is no IM Conversation Windows anywhere...Currently we can send multiple IM to single user that have the Communicator 2007 client and the user see multiple IM Conversation Windows in his taskbar... why with Lync 2013 client it does not behave the same?
Does any one have experieced similar behavior? Any help is really appreciate...
