Hi,
We have a requirement to send multiple conversations from a UCMA application to the same client.
For instance: in one conversation we might be notifying about service status, and the other conversation might be a back-to-back IM conversation which another user which the bot is recording (just as an example).
We do this by creating new Conversations, so that each one has a unique ConversationID.
When the client is using the Lync 2010 Client, each new conversation is opened in a separate window.
However, with the Lync 2013 Client, the behavior is different. Multiple conversations from the same SIP Address are blended together in the same window. This is a problem because it essentially means that the UCMA application can only ever have a single-stream conversation with a user.
Is there anything we can do in UCMA to override this behavior?
