AudioVideoCall to PSTN - play WMA file

Hi All!

I am making an outbound AudioVideoCall to an outside client (in test cases, my cell phone). I am trying to get a Player to play a WMA file to the call, but when it triggers, I hear nothing on the cell phone.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
