Though the forums say that UCMA app cannot be run on Lync servers I was able to install and run the ucma app on Lync standard/mediation server. When I went to add standard edition server as trusted app pool server from topology builder it gave an error that the machine is already in use in the topology. So i tried from Management shell. I was able to create the server as trusted server and create endpoints. Are there any documentations from Microsoft that confirm that we should not run UCMA app on any Lync servers?
