ConversationSubject Query in UCMA

Hi all,

                  I have a textbox , and have written a UCMA code , where i want the text of the textbox to be saved into a _conversationSubject of UCMA.

How can i do this?             

somethin like      

privatestaticString_conversationSubject = textbox value
