how to write a ucma lync supervisor application

Hi all,

am trying to set up a simple call center.

Till now am successful where customer will call ucma application(b2bua) ,this application will conference with agent(secondleg) and supervisor will join to the conference as trusted participant so that he can control audio routes and be invisible to agent and customer.

Right now supervisor is a lync client on one desktop and its able to hear audio.I want develop a ucma serverside application named supervisorApp.

This supervisor app should be able to join conference(on invitation frm b2bua) and record the conversation between agent and customer.

am using ucma 3.0

any idea on this?
