How can i get the Meeting URL and Conference ID in "Assigned Conference Information" by UCMA 4.0

In Lync 2013,
there is a page about "Dial-in Conferencing Settings and PIN Management" in https://dialin.test.com/

I can get the User's Conference ID and Meeting URLlike 
                                Conference ID:10077 
                                Meeting URL: https://meet.test.com/testuser1/X2VMSBIB 

and i can reset it.

So How can i get the  Conference ID and Meeting URL and Reset it byUCMA 4.0 ?
