How to transfer and record call using ucma 3.0 sdk

Hi all,

      I was checking on this link http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/office/Lync-2010-Creating-Call-fade42f0

I want to develop a similar application.where agents will be logged in. customer makes a call ivr answers a call and automatically tranfers the call to the free agent with the collected information.I want to record the

conversation between agent and customer.Am new to ucma.can anybody help me on this?
